IV Nutrient Therapy
Clinical-grade nutrient infusions, to boost energy, recovery and skin, or to correct what your bloodwork shows.
Intravenous nutrient therapy delivers vitamins, amino acids and clinical compounds directly into the bloodstream, achieving plasma concentrations not possible with oral supplementation. We offer a focused menu, prescribed by our medical team based on consultation and, where relevant, bloodwork.

Introduction
A boost, or a correction, both done properly
IV nutrient therapy does two things well: it gives you a genuine boost, energy, recovery, immunity, skin, performance and it corrects deficiencies identified on bloodwork. Both are good reasons to book. For many nutrients, IV delivery is what makes the difference: oral absorption of glutathione, NAD+ and high-dose vitamin C is limited, so a single session delivers what would otherwise take weeks of consistent oral dosing. What sets our service apart isn’t that we ration it, it’s that every drip is prescribed and delivered to a clinical standard. The same treatments, done properly.
HOW IT WORKS
The science, briefly
A small cannula is placed in a vein and a clinical-grade nutrient solution is delivered over 30–60 minutes. You sit comfortably throughout — reading, working or resting. The treatment is non-painful beyond the brief sensation of the cannula, and most patients describe a sense of warmth and improved clarity within 15–20 minutes.
The IV menu [can we show these as individual blocks rather than in an accordion style, this will help us later as we can make the individual pages for each IV as well]

Alpha-Lipoic Acid
£175 - a potent antioxidant with documented effects on glucose metabolism and cellular energy.

Add-ons & customisation
Any IV can be enhanced with additional ingredients, amino acids, individual vitamins, minerals and at the time of treatment, useful when bloodwork has identified specific deficiencies. Where standard protocols don’t fit, we can design a custom IV combination, typically priced by component. And where your goals point to a particular focus, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, we’ll recommend a tailored protocol rather than a fixed drip.
Who it’s for
Well-suited if you:
Want a boost for energy, recovery, immunity, skin or performance; are recovering from illness, travel, a heavy week or intense training; want faster repletion than oral supplements allow; have deficiencies identified on bloodwork; or are on a structured wellness programme. You don’t need a diagnosed deficiency to book.
May not be right if you:
An IV supports how you feel, recover and look, it isn’t a substitute for medical care, and it won’t transform your health in a single visit. We’ll always be straight about what to expect.
An honest note
Whether you’re topping up after a heavy week or correcting something on your bloodwork, both are good reasons to have an IV. What we won’t do is over-promise: a drip isn’t a fat-burner or an anti-ageing cure. Used properly it genuinely supports how you feel, recover and look, and we’ll always be honest about what it can and can’t do.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need bloodwork first?
For higher-volume infusions we may recommend basic bloodwork, particularly to confirm kidney function for hydration-heavy protocols and G6PD status for high-dose vitamin C. Bloodwork is available through our Blood Panels service or via your GP.
Are IV drips safe?
IVs are administered by trained clinical staff in a clinical setting, after a suitability check. As with any procedure there are minor risks; bruising at the cannula site, occasionally mild irritation, which we screen for and explain first.
Will I feel a difference straight away?
Some people notice hydration or clarity within the session; where the goal is correcting a deficiency or providing a boost, the benefit builds over the following days. We’re honest that a single drip isn’t a transformation.
How often should I have an IV?
It depends on the goal, a one-off for recovery, or a short course for a specific protocol. We recommend a sensible frequency rather than a standing appointment you don’t need.
How long does an IV take?
Typically 30–60 minutes depending on the protocol.
Can I combine an IV with other treatments?
Yes, IVs are often delivered alongside other treatments or as part of a programme.
Can I have an IV if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some ingredients aren’t suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Tell us at booking and we’ll advise, adjust or decline as appropriate.
Is there anyone who shouldn’t have IV therapy?
Certain conditions and medications need caution, our screening covers this, for example high-dose vitamin C requires a G6PD check beforehand.
What’s the difference between an IV and an IM booster?
An IV delivers larger volumes and combinations over 30–60 minutes; an IM booster delivers a single nutrient into muscle in minutes. IVs suit fuller protocols; IM boosters suit quick, targeted top-ups.
Do you offer IVs at home?
Our in-clinic service is available now. We’re developing a private at-home IV service for members and programme patients, contact us for the latest.
