Considered skin care
for the long term
From regenerative therapies to non-surgical lifting, our skin treatments are designed around long-term outcomes not quick fixes.
Clinically led, delivered in our Marylebone clinic, and built around what your skin actually needs.
A more considered approach to skin
At AEOM, we treat skin as something to invest in over time, not correct in a single visit. Every consultation begins with proper diagnostics, including high-resolution facial imaging, so the treatment plan that follows is built on what your skin actually shows, rather than what it looks like in the mirror.
Our approach combines clinical precision with restraint. We favour regenerative and device-led treatments that work with your skin's biology, stimulating collagen, improving texture, supporting hydration and protecting long-term skin health. Where injectable support is appropriate, it's used to enhance skin quality first, aesthetics second.
The clinic sits on the edge of Marylebone, designed to feel calm rather than clinical. Treatments are delivered by our NMC-registered specialist nursing team, with consultations and clinical oversight from our medical team.
What we help with
Most patients come to us with one of a small number of recurring concerns. Whether you've been told what you "need" elsewhere or are starting from scratch, we'll build a plan around what's actually going to make a difference.

How we approach treatment
At AEOM, we believe feeling your best starts with thoughtful care, the right environment, and a team that sees the bigger picture.
Our approach supports long-term confidence and wellbeing, never rushed, never overdone.
Non-surgical treatments designed to firm, lift and define, without downtime, fillers or surgery. We use Sofwave as our primary tightening platform, an FDA-cleared ultrasound technology that stimulates collagen in the deeper layers of the skin.
Treatments: Sofwave (full face & neck, lower face, brow lift, body)
Treatments that work with your skin's own biology to stimulate collagen, repair damage and improve quality from within. This is where the most meaningful long-term changes happen, using SkinPen Elite microneedling and our PRP service powered by Exomine, a next-generation exosome-rich plasma system.
Treatments: SkinPen Elite Microneedling, PRP and Exomine ERP
Resurfacing, hydration and brightening treatments designed for visible improvement with minimal downtime. Ideal as a single reset or as part of a longer programme. Our JetPeel platform is paired with bespoke facials with LED Light Therapy supporting recovery and skin health throughout
Treatments: JetPeel (Basic, Advanced), Medical Facials, LED Light Therapy
A considered, restrained approach to injectables, used to support skin quality, soften expression lines, or restore subtle volume where clinically appropriate. We don't push fillers, and we don't believe in overcorrection.
Treatments: Skin Boosters, Anti-Wrinkle and Dermal Fillers
You can't plan properly without measuring properly. Every patient on a skin programme begins with high-resolution facial imaging and where relevant, an aesthetic blood panel to identify the internal factors influencing how your skin behaves.
Treatments: Observ 520x Facial Imaging and Aesthetic Blood Panel
If you've experienced significant weight loss and are dealing with skin changes you didn't expect, book a consultation. We'll assess the area honestly, explain what's realistic for non-surgical treatment, and tell you if surgery is a more appropriate route.

How working with us works
Every patient at AEOM moves through the same considered process, regardless of whether you're here for a single treatment, a programme, or a long-term skin investment. The reason is simple: skin doesn't respond well to guesswork, and decisions made without proper information rarely produce the best outcomes.

Consultation and Imaging
We begin with a 30-minute consultation and high-resolution facial imaging using the Observ 520x system. This shows the layers of your skin you can't see in a mirror, vascular patterns, pigmentation depth, sun damage, surface texture and underlying structural changes. The imaging informs everything that follows.

Personalised Plan
You'll receive a written treatment plan tailored to your skin, your goals and your timeline. We're upfront about what each treatment will and won't do, what we'd recommend over what we'd advise against, and what the realistic outcome looks like at three months, six months and a year.

Treatment Programme
Treatments are delivered in a structured sequence, not as random visits. Most skin plans run over 8–12 weeks for the initial phase, with the order and combination of treatments chosen specifically to compound results rather than work against each other.

Review and Maintenance
We re-image at the end of each treatment phase to show measurable changes. Maintenance is built around your skin's response, typically every 3–6 months depending on the treatments used and your long-term goals. The skin you build here is meant to last.
Why AEOM
There are dozens of clinics in central London. These are the things that make ours different.
Regenerative-first approach
Most clinics still lead with fillers and toxins. We lead with regenerative and device-led treatments. Sofwave, microneedling, PRP, Exomine PRP. because the long-term results are better and the skin you're building is genuinely healthier. Injectables play a supporting role, not a starring one.
Imaging-led decisions
Treatment plans built on what your skin actually shows, not on what it looks like at a glance. The Observ 520x imaging is included in every skin consultation and rebaselined at every review.
Restraint, by design
We don't believe in overcorrection. Our practitioners are trained to do less, not more. If we don't think a treatment will give you a meaningful result, we'll tell you and we won't sell it to you.
A clinical structure, not a one-person clinic
Treatments are delivered by our NMC-registered specialist nursing team. Consultations and clinical oversight involve our medical team. That structure exists for a reason: it produces better, safer outcomes than any single practitioner working alone.
Skin changes after
significant weight loss
The rise of GLP-1 medications; Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro, has created a new patient profile we see regularly: people who've lost significant weight quickly, and are now dealing with skin laxity, volume loss and the appearance widely referred to as "Ozempic face."
The skin issue is real, and it's not vanity. When weight comes off faster than collagen and elastin can adapt, typically anything more than 1–2lbs per week, sustained over months the skin doesn't retract at the same rate as fat loss. The face hollows. The jawline softens. Areas like the upper arms, abdomen and inner thighs lose definition. For patients over 35, the effect is more pronounced because skin elasticity has already started to decline.
For some patients, the answer is surgical. For many, it isn't and that's where regenerative and device-led treatments can make a meaningful difference, provided they're started early and structured properly.
What's actually happening
Significant weight loss affects skin in three distinct ways:
- Volume loss — Fat pads in the face and body shrink, removing structural support
- Skin laxity — Existing skin loses tension and starts to sag, particularly along the jawline, neck, mid-face and under-eye area
- Collagen and elastin depletion — The supporting matrix of the skin doesn't regenerate at the same rate it's being demanded to adapt
The cosmetic result is an aged, hollow, drawn appearance, sometimes by 5–10 years. even in patients who otherwise look well.
The decision point
Most patients in this situation initially consider either accepting the changes, or going straight to surgical intervention (mini facelifts, neck lifts, brachioplasty). Both options have their place. But there's an underexplored middle path that can be highly effective for mild-to-moderate laxity, and that can meaningfully delay or reduce the need for surgery in moderate-to-severe cases.
The earlier this conversation happens, ideally during the weight loss phase, rather than 12 months after, the better the outcomes.
Our combination approach
We don't believe in single-treatment fixes for this. The patients who do best work through a structured combination over 3–6 months:
1. Sofwave — Non-surgical ultrasound tightening for the face, neck and body. Stimulates collagen in the deeper skin layers, with results building gradually over three months.
2. PRP with Exomine ERP — Our next-generation regenerative treatment. Delivers up to 100 billion exosomes from the patient's own blood to support tissue repair and collagen synthesis in areas affected by rapid laxity.
3. Profhilo and Skin Boosters — Injectable hyaluronic acid that improves skin hydration, elasticity and quality without adding volume. Particularly effective for the face, neck and décolletage post-weight-loss.
4. SkinPen Elite Microneedling — Controlled collagen induction across the face and body. Builds skin density and improves overall texture.
5. Skin Diagnostics — High-resolution facial imaging at the start, with structured reviews to track skin density and laxity changes over time.
For body areas (upper arms, abdomen, inner thighs), Sofwave combined with regenerative therapies is the typical pathway. For severe laxity in these areas, we'll be honest about the limits of non-surgical treatment and refer appropriately.
The honest part
- Best results come when treatment begins early, during weight loss or in the first 6 months after stabilising
- Not every patient avoids surgery. For some with severe facial or body laxity, surgical intervention remains the right call and we'll tell you if that's you
- These are programmes, not single visits. Realistic timelines are 3–6 months for visible change, 12 months for full results
- Maintenance matters. Skin laxity is an ongoing concern, not a one-time fix
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes — all first-time patients begin with a consultation and imaging session.
This ensures we recommend treatments suitable for your skin, your medical history and your goals, rather than guessing from a checklist. Consultations are £50 and deducted from your first treatment.
How is Sofwave different from Ultherapy or HIFU?
Sofwave uses non-focused ultrasound at a controlled depth (around 1.5mm), while Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound that targets multiple deeper layers.
In practice, Sofwave treatments are typically less uncomfortable, faster and produce more consistent results across patients — which is why we use it as our primary tightening platform. Both stimulate collagen, but the patient experience differs significantly.
What's the difference between standard PRP and PRP with Exomine ERP?
Standard PRP uses your own blood to deliver platelets and growth factors that stimulate skin regeneration.
PRP with Exomine ERP uses an advanced preparation process — including a microlyzer cutting tool and a specialist PRF tube — to release up to 100 billion exosomes from the same blood draw. The result is a meaningfully more potent regenerative treatment, with results from a single session typically lasting around six months. Standard PRP usually requires a course of three sessions; Exomine ERP usually doesn't.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Yes — and most programmes are designed exactly this way.
Common combinations include JetPeel with LED, microneedling with LED, and Sofwave on the same day as IV therapy. We'll plan combinations at consultation based on what your skin can tolerate and what the goal of each visit is.
How long do skin treatment results last?
Results vary by treatment.
Sofwave results build over 3 months and typically last 12–18 months. Skin boosters such as Profhilo last 4–6 months. Microneedling produces cumulative results that improve over a course and last 9–12 months with maintenance. PRP with Exomine ERP typically lasts around six months from a single session. We'll set realistic timelines for whichever treatments are right for you.
Is there downtime after skin treatments?
Most of our treatments have minimal downtime.
JetPeel, LED, skin boosters and most facials have no downtime at all. Sofwave produces mild redness for a few hours. Microneedling typically involves 24–48 hours of redness and slight sensitivity. PRP and Exomine ERP can produce mild swelling for 24 hours. We'll talk you through specifics at consultation.
Can these treatments help with skin laxity after significant weight loss or GLP-1 medications?
Yes — though outcomes depend on the severity of the laxity and how early treatment begins.
For mild-to-moderate skin changes after rapid weight loss, a combination of Sofwave, regenerative treatments and skin boosters can produce meaningful improvement. For severe laxity, non-surgical treatments may delay or reduce the need for surgery, but won't always replace it. We'll be honest at consultation about which category you're in.
What if I'm not sure which treatment is right for me?
That's exactly what the consultation is for. You don't need to arrive with a treatment in mind. Bring the concerns, and we'll build the plan.
Where is AEOM located?
Our clinic is in Marylebone, central London. The closest stations are Marylebone, Bond Street and Baker Street. Treatments are by appointment only.
Do you accept private medical insurance?
Aesthetic treatments are not typically covered by private medical insurance.
Where treatments fall under medical indications (such as Botox for migraine or hyperhidrosis, once available), we'll provide the appropriate documentation for you to submit a claim directly.
