Considered care,
by a team that takes it
seriously

AEOM is a Marylebone clinic built around three things: clinical rigour, restraint, and a long-term view of how skin, wellbeing and preventative care actually work. We've assembled a team and a model that reflect those priorities, not the way it's usually done.
A lovely clinic and a lovely experience, calm, peaceful, and the team are a delight to deal with.
Genuinely brilliant from start to finish. Thank you, AEOM.
Introduction
How AEOM was built
AEOM began with a regenerative idea: a clinic where the latest cellular and biological technologies could be brought together under one roof, focused on what's coming next in health rather than what's already established. That foundation, the Evocell mechanotransduction couch, the regenerative skin platform, the early diagnostic equipment, was laid by our original founders, Tanya Bak and Feyral Ounes, who saw the gap before most of the market did.
The clinic has since evolved. Under current leadership, AEOM has been rebuilt around a more structured clinical model, one that takes the regenerative foundation seriously, but pairs it with proper diagnostics, real clinical governance, and a deliberate focus on long-term outcomes rather than short-term trends. The team has grown to include experienced nursing, medical and nutritional leadership. The membership and preventative care pathway has been developed. The diagnostic offering continues to expand through 2026 and 2027, including imaging, advanced cardiovascular screening and multi-cancer detection.
What hasn't changed is the underlying ambition: to build a clinic where people invest in their long-term health, in a setting that's calm rather than clinical, and with a team that's honest about what works.

What we believe
There are dozens of clinics in central London. These are the principles that shape how we work.
Prevention over correction
The best outcomes come from acting before problems define the journey, not reacting after the fact. Our approach to skin, wellness and longevity is structured around long-term investment, not single-visit fixes.
Honesty before sales
We don't recommend treatments people don't need. If your bloodwork shows you're well, we'll tell you. If a treatment isn't going to give you a meaningful result, we'll explain why and offer an alternative, or none at all.
Care comes first
We've built AEOM on the belief that when clinical and personal care are right, everything else follows. Our team is properly supported and empowered to do the work well and patients feel the difference from the first visit.
Data over fads
Wellness has become a noisy industry. We don't do biohacking trends, placebo-driven protocols, or "miracle" treatments. We work from bloodwork, biology and clinical evidence, and recognise that what works for one patient may not work for another. Our role is to find the right answer for you.
A clinical structure, not a one-person clinic
Treatments are delivered by our specialist nursing team. Consultations and clinical oversight involve our medical team. Diagnostics, prescribing and governance sit within a proper framework, not a single practitioner working alone. This is how good care is actually delivered.

Feryal
Founder
Feryal founded AEOM out of her own journey through wellness science, researching and testing the most effective holistic anti-ageing and longevity approaches, and seeing their effect on health, self-healing and long-term vitality. That vision shaped what AEOM became: a clinic dedicated to regenerative wellness and personalised care.
She brought over two decades building prestigious brands across mature and emerging markets, including roles as Regional Director for the Middle East for Helena Rubinstein and Lancôme Paris, and founding beauty salons at the Burj Al Arab and The Address Downtown in Dubai.
That grounding in luxury and exceptional service helped set AEOM's founding standard of care.

Tanya
Founder
Tanya co-founded AEOM alongside her mother, Feryal, bringing entrepreneurial drive and a creative approach shaped by a shared passion for beauty and holistic wellness. Her perspective helped shape the clinic's early approach to health, beauty and innovation.
Raised in a family of beauty and cosmetics entrepreneurs, Tanya developed her business instinct early. Alongside studies in sports management, she contributed to several family ventures. including Paris Star, a cosmetics manufacturing and private-label company managing twelve mass-market lines across the GCC region.

116 Seymour Place
AEOM occupies a Georgian corner property at 116 Seymour Place, on a quiet residential street in Marylebone. The location was chosen deliberately: close enough to feel central, removed enough to feel calm. Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road stations are all under ten minutes on foot, with Marble Arch just beyond.
The space was designed to feel less like a clinic and more like somewhere you'd want to spend time. A pale Georgian frontage opens into a minimal, light-filled interior. natural materials, considered lighting, contemporary art, and treatment rooms that feel unhurried and private. The Evocell suite is built around warm wood detailing; the Sofwave and skin treatment rooms are designed for clinical precision; the reception lounge feels like a space to settle into, not pass through.
The clinic sits across two levels, with a private reception lounge, dedicated consultation rooms, and separate treatment spaces for skin, wellness and diagnostics. Every patient is seen by appointment only.

How we're regulated
We believe regulatory transparency matters. Where many clinics treat this as background detail, we treat it as part of the care we deliver.
Care Quality Commission (CQC) — AEOM's application for CQC registration has been submitted and is currently under review. Registered activities being applied for include Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury and Diagnostic and Screening Procedures. Our registration number will be published here once confirmed.
Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) — Our nursing team is registered with the NMC. PIN numbers are available on request and listed in each clinician's bio.
General Medical Council (GMC) — Our GP and Doctors are registered with the GMC. Registration numbers are listed in each clinician's bio.
Insurance — AEOM holds clinical liability and medical malpractice insurance through Allianz.
Information Governance — AEOM is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. ICO Registration ZC073276. Patient data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and clinical confidentiality standards.
What we're building
AEOM is built to grow. Through 2026 and 2027 we're expanding the offering on both sides of the clinic. aesthetics and wellness in measured phases, adding capability when we can stand behind the clinical quality.
On the aesthetic side, we're broadening our regenerative and body work including Sofwave PulseImpact for body toning, skin laxity following weight loss or GLP-1 use, and targeted muscle stimulation to support patients working toward defined physique goals. RF microneedling, advanced injectable protocols and expanded body treatments are part of the same trajectory.
On the wellness and preventative side, we're adding targeted ultrasound imaging, cardiovascular and sleep physiology services, structured hormone optimisation pathways, and partnerships in advanced cancer detection.
Each of these will be introduced as the clinical infrastructure and regulatory approvals are in place. We'd rather tell you honestly what we're building than promise a timeline we can't control.
What we can commit to: your monthly rate is locked for as long as your membership runs. As the offering expands, founding members are offered every new service first, at member pricing — and we'll never reprice you to reflect what the membership has become.
The ambition is straightforward: to become the clinic that takes both aesthetic and preventative care seriously. for patients who want their results to be considered, structured and honest, year after year.
