Introduction
Skin quality, properly addressed
The Skin Quality Programme is built for patients who want visible improvement in how their skin looks and feels — but who aren't yet ready for, or in need of, the deeper regenerative work of microneedling or Sofwave. It's the natural step up from Glow Reset for patients who need more than a single visit can deliver.
The programme is structured around skin quality in the clinical sense: hydration, elasticity, surface texture and the underlying health of the skin matrix. It combines a course of JetPeel for resurfacing and hydration, LED therapy for cellular support, a Meder facial for skin barrier work, and a Profhilo injectable skin booster to lift hydration and elasticity from within.

Inside the programme
Initial Consultation with Observ 520x Imaging
(included)
A 30-minute consultation including high-resolution skin imaging using the Observ 520x system — showing pigmentation, vascular patterns, surface texture and underlying changes. The plan for the four weeks is finalised at this visit.
JetPeel Advanced
(2 sessions, 45 minutes each)
The more advanced JetPeel protocol — combining resurfacing, lymphatic drainage and infusion of bespoke serums chosen for your skin. Stronger than the JetPeel used in Glow Reset, with cumulative effects across the course.
LED Light Therapy
(2 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Paired with each JetPeel session to support cellular recovery and skin regeneration.
Profhilo Skin Booster
(1 treatment)
An injectable hyaluronic acid that improves skin hydration, elasticity and overall quality from within. Profhilo is not a filler — it doesn't add volume; it improves skin tissue quality. Particularly effective for the face, neck and décolletage.
Meder Professional Facial
(1 session, 20 minutes)
A bespoke clinical facial selected based on your skin's condition at week 3 — used to support recovery, reinforce hydration and finalise the programme.

How the four weeks work
Consultation, imaging and JetPeel Advanced + LED
Initial diagnostic session, plan finalised, first treatment delivered. Skin will feel hydrated and look brighter within 24–48 hours.
Profhilo Skin Booster
Injectable hyaluronic acid treatment. Five strategically placed injection points across the face (or neck/décolletage depending on your plan). Mild swelling at injection sites for 24 hours. Hydration and elasticity improvements typically visible from week 2.
JetPeel Advanced + LED
Second JetPeel session, building on the first. Skin density and hydration improvements compounding at this stage.
Meder Professional Facial and Programme Review
Finalising facial and structured review of changes — typically with a comparison against your initial Observ 520x imaging. Discussion of maintenance or next steps if relevant.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
What to expect
Week 2
First visible changes — brighter, more hydrated skin from the initial JetPeel and LED. Profhilo effects starting to settle.
Week 4
Programme completion. Skin should appear more hydrated, with improved elasticity and a smoother surface texture. Profhilo's full effect peaks at 6–8 weeks.
Week 8
Peak Profhilo results — skin density, hydration and elasticity at their highest point. Comparison imaging at this stage typically shows meaningful change.
4–6 months
Profhilo effects gradually decline. Most patients benefit from a maintenance Profhilo (every 6 months) or a re-running of the full programme annually. We'll set a sensible cadence at your review.
What Skin Quality Programme won't do
Skin Quality is a mid-tier programme. It produces real, visible results — but it has limits.
It won't significantly change skin laxity or jawline definition — that needs Sofwave-based work
It won't dramatically change deeper texture or scarring — that needs SkinPen Elite microneedling, which is included in Collagen Rebuild
Results last roughly 4–6 months without maintenance

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Profhilo and Dermal Fillers?
Profhilo is a hyaluronic acid injectable, but unlike traditional dermal fillers, it doesn't add volume or change facial structure.
It works by improving the quality of your skin tissue from within — hydration, elasticity, density. It's used to improve how skin looks and feels, not to change facial shape. Many patients prefer it for exactly this reason.
Can I have the Profhilo on my neck or décolletage instead of my face?
Yes — Profhilo is highly effective in all three areas, and the protocol can be adjusted at consultation.
For some patients we'd recommend face on the first programme and neck/décolletage on a follow-up; for others we'll split the treatment across two areas in one visit. We'll plan this with you.
Is there downtime?
Minimal. JetPeel and LED have no downtime. Profhilo injections produce small visible bumps at the injection sites for 12–24 hours, which then settle. Most patients return to normal activities immediately, though we'd recommend avoiding makeup and heavy exercise for 24 hours after Profhilo.
How does this compare to a course of Profhilo alone?
A standard course of two Profhilo treatments retails at £900 across two visits — broadly the price of this programme.
The Skin Quality Programme delivers Profhilo plus two JetPeel Advanced sessions, two LED treatments, a Meder facial, consultation and Observ imaging. The combined effect is meaningfully greater than Profhilo alone.
Will I need maintenance?
Most patients benefit from one of two pathways: a maintenance Profhilo treatment every 6 months, or re-running the Skin Quality Programme annually. We'll discuss the right rhythm for you at your review.

Our clinic is at 116 Seymour Place in Marylebone, London.Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road stations are all under ten minutes on foot. Free street parking is available after 6.30pm, with paid bays on York Street nearby — daytime parking is reimbursed for treatments over £200. Treatments are by appointment only.
