Building skin from within
Collagen Rebuild is where the regenerative approach to skin really begins. Instead of working on the surface, this programme works with your skin's biology — using controlled micro-injury and infusion to stimulate the collagen and elastin production that underpins skin density, texture and resilience.
The centrepiece is SkinPen Elite — the latest generation of the FDA-cleared microneedling platform — delivered as a course of three sessions over six weeks. Around it sits the supporting framework: JetPeel and LED to optimise skin condition between microneedling sessions, and a Skin Glow IV to support the regenerative process from within.
It's the programme we recommend most often for patients who want their skin to look better — and to age more slowly — over the medium and long term.

Inside the programme
Initial Consultation with Observ 520x Imaging
(included)
A 30-minute consultation including high-resolution skin imaging. The imaging is used as a baseline against which we measure changes at the end of the programme.
SkinPen Elite Microneedling
(3 sessions, 60 minutes each)
The latest generation of the FDA-cleared SkinPen platform. Uses controlled microscopic perforations to stimulate the skin's natural collagen-induction response. Delivered three times across the programme, with three to four weeks between sessions to allow proper collagen remodelling.
JetPeel
(2 sessions, 30 minutes each)
Resurfacing and infusion treatment used between microneedling sessions to support skin condition, improve absorption of topical actives, and accelerate recovery.
LED Light Therapy
(3 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Used to support cellular recovery after each microneedling session — reducing inflammation and supporting the regenerative response.
Skin Glow IV
(1 treatment)
A 60-minute intravenous infusion combining vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants to support skin health from within. Delivered mid-programme to support the regenerative work.
Programme Review

Re-imaging with Observ 520x at the end of the programme, with structured comparison against your baseline. Discussion of maintenance and next steps.

How the eight weeks work
Week 1
Consultation, Observ 520x imaging, SkinPen Elite Session 1 Baseline imaging captured. First microneedling session delivered. Skin typically appears slightly pink for 24–48 hours.
Week 2
JetPeel + LED Supportive treatment to optimise skin condition between microneedling sessions.
Week 4
SkinPen Elite Session 2 + LED Second microneedling session. Collagen remodelling from session 1 is already underway.
Week 5
Skin Glow IV 60-minute IV infusion supporting the regenerative process from within.
Week 6
JetPeel + LED
Week 8
SkinPen Elite Session 3 + LED Final microneedling session. Skin density and quality improvements compounding meaningfully at this stage.
Week 12

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
What to expect
During the programme
(weeks 1–8) Skin typically improves in clarity, brightness and hydration progressively. Mild pinkness for 24–48 hours after each microneedling session is normal.
Week 8–10
Programme completion. Visible improvement in texture, fine lines, scarring and overall skin quality. Final results haven't peaked yet — collagen remodelling continues well after the last session.
Month 3–6
Peak results. Collagen synthesis stimulated by the microneedling course reaches its full effect at 12 weeks and continues benefiting skin for months afterwards. The compounding effects of three sessions delivered properly are meaningfully greater than a single session, which is why we don't sell standalone microneedling as the headline service.
12 months
Most patients benefit from maintenance — either a single SkinPen Elite session every 6 months, or re-running the full programme annually depending on goals.
What Collagen Rebuild won't do
This is a regenerative programme, not a tightening one. It addresses skin quality at a biological level — but it has limits.
It won't significantly change skin laxity — for jawline definition or lift, Regenerative Lift (which combines Sofwave with this kind of regenerative work) is the appropriate programme
It won't replace lost volume — that's a filler conversation, and we don't routinely recommend volumising work
It won't fix deep, atrophic scarring in a single course — significant scarring may need a longer pathway or additional treatments
Results build over months, not weeks — patients looking for a fast outcome may find this programme too patient

Why three sessions of microneedling?
The collagen response to microneedling is cumulative — each session builds on the last.
Clinical evidence consistently shows a course of three sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, produces meaningfully better outcomes than a single session. Single sessions have their place, but the programme is built around what actually works.
What's the difference between SkinPen Elite and other microneedling devices?
SkinPen is the FDA-cleared microneedling platform — and SkinPen Elite is the latest generation.
Compared to entry-level dermarollers or pen devices, SkinPen Elite offers controlled depth, sterile single-use cartridges, and consistent results. The device is part of the reason we get clinical-grade outcomes.
Can I add exosomes to my microneedling?
Yes — many patients do, and we'd discuss this at consultation.
Exosomes can be added to each microneedling session for an additional £180 per session, accelerating recovery and enhancing the regenerative response. Worth considering for patients addressing scarring or significant texture changes.
Is there downtime?
Mild pinkness for 24–48 hours after each microneedling session, similar to mild sunburn.
Slight sensitivity and dryness for 2–3 days. Most patients return to work the next day, though we'd recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours after each session.
How does this compare to Collagen Rebuild via standalone treatments?
A course of three SkinPen Elite microneedling sessions standalone retails at £675.
The Collagen Rebuild Programme delivers all three sessions plus two JetPeel treatments, three LED sessions, a Skin Glow IV, consultation, imaging and structured review. The retail value of the combined treatments significantly exceeds £1,495.

Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road stations are all under ten minutes on foot. Free street parking is available after 6.30pm, with paid bays on York Street nearby — daytime parking is reimbursed for treatments over £200. Treatments are by appointment only.
