Introduction

Where structural skin work begins

Regenerative Lift is our flagship skin programme — the route patients take when they're ready to invest seriously in skin quality, structure and non-surgical lifting.

The programme combines two genuinely premium treatments — Sofwave, our ultrasound-based skin tightening platform, and PRP with Exomine ERP, our next-generation regenerative treatment delivering up to 100 billion exosomes from your own blood. Around these sit the supporting framework: a comprehensive aesthetic blood panel to identify any internal factors influencing your skin, JetPeel and LED to optimise skin condition throughout, and a Skin & Hair Glow IV to support the regenerative process from within.

For patients with mild-to-moderate skin laxity — whether age-related, following significant weight loss, or following GLP-1 medication — this is the most considered non-surgical pathway available.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Inside the programme

Initial Consultation with Observ 520x Imaging

(included)
A 45-minute consultation including high-resolution skin imaging and detailed treatment planning.

Aesthetic Blood Panel

(included)
Comprehensive bloodwork covering vitamin status, inflammation, thyroid, hormones and metabolic markers — identifying any internal factors influencing your skin. Many patients find that what shows up on this panel changes how they approach skin care entirely.

Sofwave — Full Face and Neck

(75 minutes)
Our primary skin tightening platform. Uses non-focused ultrasound at 1.5mm depth to stimulate collagen in the deeper layers of skin. A single Sofwave treatment, properly delivered, produces results that build over three months and last 12–18 months. The treatment alone retails at £2,550 — and is the structural centrepiece of the programme.

PRP with Exomine ERP

(60 minutes, including preparation)
Our next-generation regenerative treatment. A blood draw, processed through an advanced preparation system, returns approximately 90–100 billion extracellular vesicles — of which around 98% are platelet-derived exosomes — for injection. Significantly more potent than standard PRP, with effects lasting around six months from a single session.

JetPeel

(2 sessions, 30 minutes each)
Used between major treatments to optimise skin condition and accelerate recovery.

LED Light Therapy

(2 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Used to support recovery and cellular response after major treatments.

Skin & Hair Glow IV

(2 treatment, 60 minutes)
Intravenous infusion specifically formulated for skin and hair regeneration — supporting the work happening through the topical and structural treatments.

Programme Review

(included)
Re-imaging at 12 weeks with Observ 520x, structured comparison against baseline, and discussion of maintenance and next steps.

THE PATHWAY

How the eight weeks work

Week 1 — Consultation, Observ 520x imaging, Aesthetic Blood Panel taken

Comprehensive baseline established. Blood results reviewed at week 2.

Week 2 — Sofwave Full Face & Neck + LED

The structural centrepiece of the programme. Sofwave results build progressively over the following twelve weeks. Mild redness for a few hours after treatment; no downtime.

Week 3 — JetPeel

Week 4 — PRP with Exomine ERP + Skin & Hair Glow IV

The regenerative work. Blood drawn, processed through the Exomine system, injected into the face. The IV runs alongside to support recovery and the broader regenerative response. Mild swelling for 24 hours after PRP injections.

Week 6 — JetPeel

Week 8 — Final LED + Programme Review

Structured review of the programme, including initial outcome assessment and discussion of maintenance.

Week 12 — Re-imaging with Observ 520x

Full comparison against baseline. By this point, Sofwave results have largely peaked and the regenerative work is fully visible.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who Regenerative Lift is right for

Regenerative Lift is well-suited if you are:

N

Dealing with mild-to-moderate skin laxity — jawline, cheeks, brow, neck

N

Recovering from significant weight loss (including following GLP-1 medication) and seeing skin changes that didn't exist before

N

In your 40s, 50s or 60s and want non-surgical lifting without committing to surgery

N

Investing seriously in long-term skin quality and structural support

N

Already familiar with single-treatment skin care and ready for something deeper

N

Looking for the most considered non-surgical alternative to surgical lifting available

Regenerative Lift may not be the right fit if:

K

You have severe skin laxity — surgical intervention may produce better outcomes, and we'd tell you that

K

Your concern is texture and surface quality rather than structure — Collagen Rebuild is more appropriate

K

You're not yet showing meaningful laxity — investing earlier than necessary doesn't compound; start with Skin Quality or Collagen Rebuild

K

You're on certain blood thinners or have certain conditions affecting clotting — speak to us at consultation

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

What to expect

[

Weeks 1–4

Programme delivery. Subtle improvements visible from the JetPeel and PRP work; Sofwave effects not yet visible.

[

Weeks 8–12

Sofwave collagen response building noticeably. Skin starts to feel firmer and tighter, particularly along the jawline and neck. Imaging at week 12 typically shows measurable changes.

[

Months 3–6

Peak results. Sofwave collagen response at maximum effect — typically lasting 12–18 months. PRP/Exomine regenerative effects fully integrated. The combined effect on skin density, firmness and structure is meaningfully greater than any single treatment.

[

Month 6 onwards

PRP/Exomine effects gradually decline (a maintenance session every six months keeps the regenerative work going). Sofwave structural effects continue for 12–18 months.

[

Annual maintenance

Most patients benefit from re-running Regenerative Lift annually, or splitting into a maintenance Sofwave (every 12–18 months) plus biannual PRP/Exomine sessions.

What Regenerative Lift won't do

Regenerative Lift is the most considered non-surgical pathway we offer for skin structure. But it has honest limits.

It won't replace what a surgical facelift achieves for severe laxity. For some patients, surgery is genuinely the better answer — and we'll tell you that at consultation rather than upsell something that won't deliver.

It won't replace lost volume. Volume loss is a different conversation — usually involving fillers or fat transfer, neither of which we routinely recommend without good reason.

It won't deliver immediate results. The structural changes from Sofwave build over three months; the regenerative effects of Exomine over six months. Patients expecting same-day transformation will be disappointed.

Results are excellent but not surgical-grade. For mild-to-moderate concerns, this often produces results indistinguishable from surgical interventions at this category. For severe concerns, it complements but doesn't replace surgical work.

The consultation is where we tell you, honestly, which category you're in.

Frequently asked questions

Is Regenerative Lift effective for post-weight-loss skin laxity?

Yes — particularly for mild-to-moderate facial and neck laxity following weight loss, including following GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. The combination of Sofwave (for structural collagen stimulation) and PRP with Exomine ERP (for regenerative tissue support) directly addresses what's happening at the skin level after rapid weight loss. For severe laxity in some body areas, surgical intervention may still be the more appropriate route — we'll be honest about which category you're in at consultation.

How is this different from a surgical facelift?

Sofwave doesn't physically lift skin the way surgery does — it stimulates collagen in the deeper skin layers, producing a tightening and firming effect that builds over three months. For mild-to-moderate laxity, the results are often comparable. For severe laxity (significant skin redundancy, deep folding), surgery remains the appropriate intervention. The advantage of Regenerative Lift is no downtime, no scarring, no general anaesthetic — and a single Sofwave treatment lasts 12–18 months.

How does PRP with Exomine compare to standard PRP?

Standard PRP uses your own blood to deliver platelets and growth factors — typically as a course of 3–4 sessions. PRP with Exomine ERP uses an advanced preparation process to release approximately 90–100 billion extracellular vesicles, of which around 98% are platelet-derived exosomes. The higher vesicle concentration typically allows treatment as a single session, with maintenance every six months. The Regenerative Lift programme includes one PRP with Exomine ERP session as standard.

Can I add additional treatments to Regenerative Lift?

Yes — common upgrades include adding a second PRP with Exomine session (for patients with significant regenerative needs), a Profhilo skin booster, or extending into a maintenance plan. We'd discuss these at consultation if relevant.

What does the Aesthetic Blood Panel tell you?

It identifies internal factors influencing your skin — vitamin deficiencies, inflammation markers, hormone status, thyroid function, metabolic indicators.

For many patients, what shows up on this panel changes how we approach the rest of the programme — e.g. if Vitamin D is significantly low, supplementation alongside the programme can meaningfully improve outcomes. The bloodwork is included.

Is there downtime?

Minimal across the programme.

Mild redness for a few hours after Sofwave; mild swelling at PRP injection sites for 24 hours; mild flush after JetPeel and IV. No procedural downtime — patients return to work and normal activities throughout the programme.

Where is AEOM located?

Our clinic is at 116 Seymour Place in Marylebone, London.

Marylebone, Baker Street and Edgware Road stations are all under ten minutes on foot. Free street parking is available after 6.30pm, with paid bays on York Street nearby — daytime parking is reimbursed for treatments over £200. Treatments are by appointment only.
