Introduction

When fatigue won't lift

For some patients, fatigue isn't about a tough week. It's persistent — months or years of running below their usual baseline. Brain fog. Poor recovery from exercise. Sleep that doesn't refresh. Stubborn weight that won't shift. The kind of fatigue your GP runs a basic blood panel for, finds nothing wrong, and tells you to sleep more.

Energy & Recovery is designed for exactly this situation. The starting principle is that persistent fatigue almost always has identifiable drivers — sleep, hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, inflammatory, or a combination — and that the only way to address it properly is to test for each, systematically.

This is the most comprehensive wellness diagnostic programme we offer. It pairs a Comprehensive Wellness Panel (80+ biomarkers — deeper than anything available on the NHS) with a Clinical Sleep Assessment using the WatchPAT system — addressing the single most under-diagnosed cause of unexplained fatigue. The treatments delivered alongside support recovery while we work through the findings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Inside the programme

(included)
A 45-minute consultation reviewing your fatigue history, symptoms, medical context, lifestyle, sleep patterns and recovery profile. This is the most thorough wellness consultation we run.

(included)
80+ biomarker blood panel covering thyroid function, hormones (sex hormones, cortisol), inflammation (hsCRP), advanced lipids (ApoB, Lp(a)), vitamins (B12, D, folate), iron studies, metabolic markers (fasting insulin, HbA1c), and key organ function. Goes meaningfully deeper than standard primary care testing.

(included)
A clinical-grade home sleep study using the WatchPAT system — the technology used in NHS sleep clinics. Worn for one night at home, returns data on AHI (apnea-hypopnea index), oxygen desaturation, sleep architecture, body position and snoring. Designed to identify obstructive sleep apnea — one of the most under-diagnosed drivers of chronic fatigue.

(3 sessions, 30 minutes each)
Whole-body shockwave therapy supporting cellular recovery and reducing systemic inflammation. Spaced across the programme to compound effects.

(2 sessions, 60 minutes each)
Two intravenous infusions chosen based on your bloodwork findings — most commonly a Myers Cocktail and either Alpha-Lipoic Acid or Multivitamin, though the exact composition is finalised after results come back.

(2 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Targeted intramuscular injections (B12, Vitamin D, B Complex or others) based on bloodwork findings.

(3 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Paired with Evocell sessions to support cellular recovery.

(included)
A 60-minute structured consultation with Radhika, our in-clinic nutritionist. Reviews your dietary patterns, energy and recovery profile, and provides specific, practical recommendations — not generic advice. Particularly valuable for patients whose bloodwork suggests nutrient or metabolic optimisation work.

(included)
A comprehensive written report covering bloodwork findings, sleep study results, clinical interpretation, and recommendations for ongoing work. The kind of document patients keep on file — and refer back to.

THE PATHWAY

How the six weeks work

Week 1

Consultation, Comprehensive Wellness Panel taken, WatchPAT collected Bloodwork drawn. WatchPAT device collected for use on a night of your choice. Initial IM booster delivered to address obvious presentations.

Week 2

Results return, first IV infusion, Evocell + LED Both bloodwork and sleep study results discussed. First IV infusion delivered (composition finalised based on findings). First Evocell session with LED.

Week 3

Nutritionist Consultation 60-minute session with Radhika. Bloodwork findings discussed in depth from a nutritional perspective. Specific recommendations made.

Week 4

Evocell + LED, second IM booster Second Evocell session with LED. Targeted IM booster based on response so far.

Week 5

Second IV infusion, Evocell + LED Second IV infusion (often Alpha-Lipoic Acid or specific protocol based on findings). Final Evocell session.

Week 6

Programme review, written diagnostic summary delivered Structured review of how you're feeling, what's changed, and what to focus on next. Written summary delivered.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who Energy & Recovery is right for

Energy & Recovery is well-suited if you are:

N

Dealing with fatigue that's persisted for months or longer

N

Experiencing brain fog, poor concentration, or memory issues alongside fatigue

N

Recovering poorly from exercise compared to your usual baseline

N

Sleeping poorly, snoring, or waking unrefreshed

N

Carrying stubborn weight that doesn't respond to usual approaches

N

Suspecting underlying nutritional, hormonal or metabolic issues

N

Already seen your GP, had basic bloods come back "normal," and still feel something isn't right

N

Following perimenopause, post-illness, or post-major life event

Energy & Recovery may not be the right fit if:

K

You've had a single difficult period and need a short reset — Recovery Reset is more appropriate

K

You're a high-performing athlete optimising specific markers — Performance Optimisation is better aligned

K

You're focused on longevity rather than fatigue — Regenerative Performance is the right programme

K

You have an active medical condition requiring management — speak to us; we may recommend a different starting point

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

What to expect

[

Weeks 1–2

Programme delivery. First IM booster and IV typically produce some immediate improvement, but the real value is the bloodwork and sleep study findings — which give you understanding for the first time.

[

Weeks 3–4

Compounding effects from Evocell and IV nutrition. Most patients feel meaningful improvement in energy and clarity by week 4 — particularly if the bloodwork has identified a clear driver (low Vitamin D, suboptimal thyroid, iron deficiency, etc.) and we're correcting it.

[

Weeks 5–6

Programme completion. The written diagnostic summary provides a roadmap for ongoing work. Most patients leave this programme with significantly more understanding of what's driving how they feel, and a plan for what's next.

[

Beyond the programme

Some patients are well enough at week 6 that they don't need further intervention. Others — particularly those with sleep apnea findings, hormonal patterns, or specific nutritional needs — benefit from continued work, which we'll discuss at the review.

What Energy & Recovery won't do

This is a comprehensive diagnostic programme — but it has clear limits.

It won't cure clinical depression or anxiety.

If symptoms suggest these are primary drivers, we'll discuss appropriate referral — wellness work supports but doesn't replace mental health treatment.

It won't diagnose or treat sleep apnoea.

It can identify the likelihood. Confirmation and treatment (typically CPAP) require referral to a sleep medicine specialist — we'll handle the referral if findings suggest it.

It won't fix everything in six weeks.

Some drivers of fatigue (hormonal imbalances, sleep apnoea, untreated thyroid disease) require ongoing management beyond a six-week programme.

It assumes you'll engage with the recommendations.

If bloodwork suggests you need to supplement consistently, adjust your sleep environment, or address dietary patterns, you'll need to actually do those things. The programme identifies and supports; you implement.

We'll be candid throughout about what's realistic.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from seeing my GP?

Your GP will typically run a basic blood panel — usually thyroid, full blood count, iron, B12, sometimes Vitamin D.

The Comprehensive Wellness Panel goes significantly deeper, covering 80+ biomarkers including advanced lipids (ApoB, Lp(a)), high-sensitivity CRP, fasting insulin, full thyroid panel and hormone profiles. We also run the sleep study — which the NHS will only fund after a long referral process. The programme is designed to give you the deeper diagnostic picture private wellness can offer, in six weeks rather than over months of referrals.

Why is the Clinical Sleep Assessment included?

Because untreated obstructive sleep apnea is the single most under-diagnosed cause of chronic fatigue, brain fog, poor recovery and resistant weight gain in adults.

An estimated 80% of cases in the UK are undiagnosed. If sleep is genuinely driving your symptoms, no amount of IV nutrition or Evocell will fix it — only addressing the sleep will. We include the assessment because skipping it isn't intellectually honest.

What happens if the sleep study shows sleep apnea?

We refer you to a sleep medicine specialist for definitive diagnosis and treatment options (typically CPAP or mandibular advancement device).

The cost of further investigation and treatment isn't covered by the programme, but we'll make the referral and provide all the documentation needed.

Do I need to be vitamin-deficient to benefit?

Not necessarily. Many patients on this programme have bloodwork that's technically "normal" but suboptimal — and addressing those suboptimal markers, combined with sleep clarity and structured nutrition, produces meaningful improvement. We'll be honest if your bloodwork is genuinely fine and the issue is elsewhere.

Can I add hormone testing?

Yes — particularly relevant for women in perimenopause or post-menopause, where standard sex hormone panels can miss important patterns. We can add an extended hormone panel or DUTCH testing during the programme; speak to us at consultation.
