Introduction
Performance, properly supported
Performance Optimisation is built for patients who are operating at a high level — and who want their physical capacity, recovery and cognitive performance to match the demands they're placing on themselves. The audience isn't just athletes. It's the senior executive working 60-hour weeks who can't afford to be tired in board meetings. The parent of young children who needs to function on imperfect sleep. The serious recreational athlete who's training hard and recovering imperfectly.
The programme is built around frequent, structured Evocell and IV nutrition — designed to compound across six weeks. The bloodwork is performance-specific (covering markers most relevant to recovery, energy and inflammation). The pace is faster than Energy & Recovery: this isn't about identifying what's wrong, it's about optimising what's already working.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Inside the programme
Initial Consultation
(included)
A 30-minute consultation reviewing your performance profile, current training or work demands, recovery patterns and goals.
Performance & Recovery Blood Panel
(included)
Specialist blood panel covering inflammation markers (hsCRP), iron studies (ferritin, transferrin saturation), Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, thyroid function, testosterone (for men), key metabolic markers and recovery-relevant indicators.
Evocell Mechanotransduction Therapy
(4 sessions, 30 minutes each)
Four sessions across six weeks — closer to the protocol used by elite athletes for sustained recovery support. Compounding effects on cellular regeneration, inflammation and tissue recovery.
IV Nutrient Infusions
(4 sessions, 60 minutes each)
Four IVs across the programme, including Myers Cocktail, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Athlete Peak Performance and (potentially) Skin & Hair Glow — composition finalised based on bloodwork and goals.
IM Nutrient Boosters
(4 sessions, 15 minutes each)
Targeted IM injections — typically B12, B Complex, Vitamin D or glutathione — scheduled between IV infusions to maintain nutrient support.
LED Light Therapy
(included)
Specialist blood panel covering inflammation markers (hsCRP), iron studies (ferritin, transferrin saturation), Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, thyroid function, testosterone (for men), key metabolic markers and recovery-relevant indicators.
Performance Review
(included)
Structured review at week 6 — discussion of bloodwork outcomes, performance improvements observed, and recommendations for ongoing maintenance or progression.
THE PATHWAY
How the six weeks work
Sessions can be flexed slightly around training cycles or work patterns — we'll structure around your schedule.
Week 1
Consultation, bloodwork, IV + IM Initial visit. Bloodwork drawn. First IV (typically Myers Cocktail) and IM booster delivered.
2 weeks
Evocell + LED
Week 3
IV + IM + Evocell + LED
Week 4
IV + Evocell + LED + IM
Week 5
IV + IM + Evocell + LED
12–18 months
Final session and Performance Review Structured review including bloodwork follow-up if relevant. Discussion of maintenance pathway.

WHO IT'S FOR
Who Performance Optimisation is right for
Performance Optimisation is well-suited if you are:
A serious recreational athlete training 4+ times a week
An executive or high-demand professional with sustained performance requirements
A parent of young children running on suboptimal sleep
Training for a specific event (marathon, ultra, competition) in 6–12 weeks
Looking to optimise rather than repair — your baseline is good, you want it better
Already familiar with wellness work and ready for something more structured
Performance Optimisation may not be the right fit if:
You have persistent fatigue or symptoms that need investigation — Energy & Recovery is better
You're new to wellness work and looking for an introduction — Recovery Reset is a better starting point
You're focused on longevity and cellular work rather than acute performance — Regenerative Performance is appropriate
You're looking for elite-athlete-level personalisation — speak to us about bespoke programming
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
What to expect
Weeks 1–2:
Initial improvements typically felt in energy, sleep quality and recovery from exercise. The combination of Evocell and IV nutrition compounds quickly when delivered at this cadence.
Weeks 3–4:
Sustained improvements building. Patients training regularly often report better tolerance of training load, faster recovery between sessions, and reduced post-training soreness.
Weeks 5–6:
Programme peak. Bloodwork outcomes (e.g. corrected ferritin, optimised Vitamin D, reduced inflammation markers) are typically visible. Subjective performance improvements clearest at this point.
Beyond the programme:
Many patients on this programme transition into membership for sustained quarterly bloodwork and ongoing access. Others repeat the programme on a 3–6 monthly cycle depending on demands.
What Performance Optimisation won't do
It won't replace training. The treatments support recovery and address nutrient/inflammation gaps — they don't substitute for the work you need to do yourself.
It won't fix performance issues driven by sleep apnea, poor sleep hygiene, or chronic overtraining. If we identify these patterns at consultation, we may recommend Energy & Recovery instead.
It won't deliver elite-athlete-grade personalisation as standard. For patients wanting genuinely bespoke periodised support, we offer extended consultation and customised programming — at additional cost.
The performance review is subjective unless we have measurable baselines. Patients who track training metrics (VO2 max, heart rate variability, recovery scores) get more from the review than patients who don't.

Frequently asked questions
How does this compare to Energy & Recovery?
Energy & Recovery is diagnostic-led — it includes a Comprehensive Wellness Panel and Clinical Sleep Assessment, and is built around identifying what's driving fatigue.
Performance Optimisation is optimisation-led — it includes a Performance & Recovery Panel and is built around frequent treatments to support sustained high performance. If you're not sure what you need, book a consultation and we'll guide you.
Can I time the programme around an event?
Yes — patients training for marathons, competitions or events often time the programme so it concludes 2–3 weeks before the event date, with treatments scheduled around their tapering pattern. Speak to us at consultation and we'll structure accordingly.
Will this affect my training?
No — the programme is designed to support training, not interfere with it. Evocell, IV nutrition and IM boosters are non-contraindicated with active training and most patients find they recover better, not worse, during the programme.
Is this safe alongside performance-enhancing supplements?
The IVs and IMs are nutritional, not pharmacological.
If you're taking any performance-enhancing supplements, tell us at consultation — most are compatible, but we'd want to know.
Can I add specific testing (DNA, hormones, CGM)?
Yes — these are common additions for patients on this programme. Continuous Glucose Monitoring is particularly useful for athletes optimising fuelling. We'll discuss at consultation.
