Can I roll over unused sessions?
Sessions are scheduled across the year so they’re used, and we prompt you monthly. Where you do fall behind, we’re happy to accommodate roll-over — managed on a case-by-case basis with your practitioner.
Can I switch to a wellness membership?
Yes. You can switch between AEOM Skin and a wellness membership at any time. Because the inclusions and commitment differ, a switch starts a new 12-month cycle.
