Continuous Glucose Monitoring & Wearables
See how your body actually responds — to food, movement, stress and sleep.
Most health advice is generic. A CGM programme makes it personal: a small sensor worn for around two weeks shows, in real time, how your own body responds to specific meals, exercise, stress and sleep — turning guesswork into data you can act on.

How the CGM Programme works
Sensor applied
a small sensor is placed on the back of the upper arm; application is quick and painless.
Wear it for ~14 days
it continuously measures glucose, pairing with an app so you can see your responses as they happen.
Log and observe
you note meals and activity; the data shows how each affects your glucose.
Structured review
you sit down with our nutritionist to interpret the patterns and translate them into practical change.
What it reveals
Which foods and meal combinations spike or steady your glucose; how timing, exercise, stress and sleep affect your metabolic response; and the patterns most relevant to energy, weight management, metabolic health and long-term performance.
Who it’s for
Patients focused on metabolic health, stubborn energy or fatigue, weight management, pre-diabetes insight, athletic performance, or longevity — anyone who wants to replace generic advice with their own data.

Companion service
- Wearables Baseline Review
If you already wear an Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch or Garmin, our Wearables Baseline Review turns that raw data into clinical insight. We review your sleep, heart rate variability, recovery and activity patterns with you — the numbers your device collects but rarely interprets — and set a baseline to track against over time.
An honest note
A CGM is a tool for insight, not a diagnosis. We use it to inform practical change and set a baseline, not to alarm you about a single reading. Patterns over two weeks matter far more than any one spike.

Application is quick and virtually painless, most people forget they’re wearing it.

Yes, it’s water-resistant and designed for normal daily life.
Do I need to prick my finger?
No. The sensor reads continuously and syncs to an app.
Is this only for people with diabetes?

How long is the programme?
The sensor runs for around 14 days, followed by a structured review of your data with our nutritionist.
Do I need my own wearable for the Wearables Review?
