Wellness
Proactive wellness,
built on what your body actually needs
From cellular regeneration to diagnostic-led nutrient support, our wellness treatments are designed for people who want to feel measurably better — not just on the day, but over time. Clinically led, delivered in our Marylebone clinic, and built around what your bloodwork, your biology and your goals tell us.
A more measured approach to wellness
Wellness has become a noisy industry. At AEOM, we take a more measured view: we test before we recommend, we work from data, and we focus on the small number of interventions that actually move the needle.
Most patients come to us either because they don't feel as good as they should, or because they want to invest in feeling better for longer. The work usually begins with proper diagnostics — bloodwork, sometimes epigenetic testing, sometimes both. From there, we build a structured plan that combines cellular regeneration, targeted nutrition and the diagnostics needed to track real change.
The clinic sits in Marylebone, designed to feel calm rather than clinical. Treatments are delivered by our NMC-registered specialist nursing team, with consultations and clinical oversight from our medical team.

How we approach wellness
Our wellness treatments are organised around what each is designed to do. Most plans combine treatments from more than one category — typically diagnostics to start, regeneration and nutrition to deliver, then re-testing to measure progress.
- Cellular Regeneration & Recovery
- IV Nutrition & Hydration
- Vitamin Boosters (IM)
- Diagnostic Testing & Biological Insight
The flagship of our wellness offering. Evocell is a mechanotransduction therapy that delivers low-energy, low-frequency shockwaves across the whole body — rather than targeting a single area. The technology is designed to stimulate the extracellular matrix and support the body's natural regenerative pathways. It's used by elite athletes for recovery and increasingly recognised as a clinically-supported wellness modality.
Treatments: Evocell (single sessions, courses of 4, 6, 10, 12)
A full menu of intravenous therapies tailored to specific outcomes — from hydration and immune support to performance recovery and longevity. All IVs are prescribed by our medical team based on consultation, and where relevant, blood markers.
Treatments: Hydration Drip, Multivitamin, Myers Cocktail, High-Dose Vitamin C, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Skin & Hair Glow, Glutathione, NAD+, Athlete Peak Performance, Total Rejuvenation
Intramuscular vitamin injections for targeted support — faster and more accessible than IV therapy. Ideal as a standalone visit or alongside other treatments.
Treatments: Vitamin B12, B Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Biotin, Glutathione
You can't improve what you don't measure. Our diagnostics combine clinical bloodwork, biological age testing, body composition, hormone analysis and wearable data interpretation — building a layered picture of how your body is actually functioning, not just how you feel on the day.
Treatments: Core Wellness Panel, Comprehensive Wellness Panel, Performance & Recovery Panel, Hormone Monitoring Panel, Aesthetic Skin Panel, LifeCode GX Epigenetic Testing, GlycanAge Biological Age Test, DEXA Body Composition (via clinical partner), Continuous Glucose Monitoring Programme, Wearables Baseline Review

How working with us works
Most wellness clinics start with a drip and a brochure. We start with information.

Consultation and Testing
Every wellness patient begins with a consultation that includes a medical history review, goals discussion, and recommended baseline testing. For most patients, this includes the Core or Comprehensive Wellness Panel; for those focused on performance or longevity, we'll often add biological age testing or more detailed bloodwork.

Personalised Plan
Once your results are in, you receive a written plan that explains what your results show, what we'd recommend, what each treatment is designed to do, and what the realistic timeline looks like. Nothing is recommended without a clinical reason.

Treatment Programme
Treatments are delivered as a structured sequence rather than ad-hoc visits. Evocell typically runs once a week. IV nutrition is scheduled around your goals and lifestyle. IM boosters are used to top up between visits where helpful.

Re-Testing and Review
Most programmes include a re-test at 3 or 6 months. This is the part that matters: structured re-testing is what separates evidence-led wellness from premium-priced guesswork.
Why AEOM
There are dozens of wellness clinics in central London. These are the things that make ours different.
Diagnostic-led, not drip-led
Most wellness clinics lead with IV menus. We lead with bloodwork and biology. The IV — or any treatment — is only recommended once we understand what's actually going on.
A real clinical structure
Treatments are delivered by NMC-registered specialist nurses. IV protocols are prescribed by our medical team. Your data sits in proper clinical records. This is wellness with actual governance.
Evocell as a clinical anchor
We're one of a small number of London clinics offering Evocell mechanotransduction therapy as a core wellness service. The technology is unusual, and the evidence supporting it is more substantial than most "wellness" devices on the market.
Restraint, by design
We don't push protocols you don't need. If your bloodwork shows you're well, we'll tell you — and we won't sell you something to fix a problem you don't have.
Programmes for
measurable outcomes
For patients looking for structured outcomes across recovery, performance and longevity, our wellness programmes combine treatments strategically over weeks or months. Each is priced as a programme, not as a discount on individual treatments.

A different model —
wellness as a relationship, not a transaction
Most wellness clinics sell treatments. We'd rather build relationships with people genuinely investing in their long-term health.
AEOM Membership exists for patients who want a continuous, measured, structured approach to their wellbeing — quarterly bloodwork, biological age tracking, annual cardiovascular review and ongoing clinical access — rather than ad-hoc visits when something feels wrong.
What you get every year:
Quarterly Core Wellness Panel
Annual Wearables Baseline Review
Biological age testing twice a year
Annual Cardiovascular Review
Longevity, beyond the buzzword
"Longevity" has become one of the most commercialised words in wellness — and one of the most poorly defined. At AEOM, we take a deliberately narrower view: longevity is what your bloodwork, your epigenetic data and your daily function actually show. It's a measurable state, not a marketing concept.
For patients who want to take this seriously, the work is structured around three things: measuring what's actually happening, supporting the systems where there's room to improve, and re-measuring to see what's changed.
Our combination approach:
Biological age vs chronological age
Through genetic testing (LifeCode GX) and glycan-based testing (GlycanAge), we can map how your biological systems are functioning — and which lifestyle, environmental and genetic factors are most influential for you specifically. This isn't a single longevity score; it's a more detailed map of where your biology is being well-supported and where it isn't.
Inflammation, metabolic and hormonal markers
Standard NHS bloods don't typically check the markers most relevant to long-term health: high-sensitivity CRP, fasting insulin, full thyroid panel, comprehensive hormone profiles, advanced lipids including ApoB and Lp(a). Our Comprehensive Wellness Panel, Performance & Recovery Panel and Hormone Monitoring panels go significantly deeper than primary care will.
Cellular and tissue maintenance
This is where Evocell, IV nutrition and targeted regenerative care come in. The principle is straightforward: supporting the body's regenerative pathways — recovery, anti-inflammatory response, nutrient sufficiency — slows the rate at which downstream problems accumulate.
The honest part
Longevity science is a young field. We don't claim treatments will "extend lifespan" or "reverse ageing" — those are claims the published research doesn't yet support, and any clinic making them isn't being honest with you. What the research does support is that addressing inflammation, metabolic health, nutrient deficiency and recovery measurably improves how people feel, perform and recover. That's the work we focus on.
Frequently asked questions
What does an Evocell session feel like?
An Evocell session typically lasts 15–20 minutes and is delivered while you lie clothed on a treatment couch.
The shockwaves are low-energy and non-painful — most patients describe a gentle vibration sensation across the body. There is no downtime. Most people return to work or training immediately afterwards.
Do I need bloodwork before IV therapy?
For most IVs, no — though we strongly recommend baseline bloodwork at some point in your programme.
Some specific IVs (high-dose Vitamin C, NAD+, certain combinations) require a baseline check beforehand for safety reasons. The consultation will determine what's needed for you.
How long does an IV drip take?
Most IVs take 30–60 minutes depending on volume and contents. Hydration drips are typically 30 minutes.
Myers Cocktail, NAD+ and the larger nutrient infusions run closer to 60 minutes. You're seated in a private treatment chair throughout.
What's the difference between IM boosters and IV therapy?
IM (intramuscular) boosters are quick injections — typically B12, Vitamin D, glutathione or similar — delivered in around 15 minutes.
They're more accessible and lower-cost. IV (intravenous) therapy delivers larger volumes and combinations of nutrients directly into the bloodstream, with broader effects and longer treatment time. We'll recommend the right approach based on what you're trying to achieve.
How is epigenetic testing different from a DNA test?
A standard DNA test (like 23andMe) tells you what your genes are.
An epigenetic test like LifeCode GX maps how those genes are being expressed in response to your environment, diet, lifestyle and biology. Where a DNA test gives you a map, epigenetic testing shows you the current terrain — and is significantly more useful for guiding wellness decisions.
What's the difference between LifeCode GX and GlycanAge?
Both measure biological age, but through different methodologies.
LifeCode GX uses epigenetic markers (how your DNA is being expressed) and identifies the genetic pathways most relevant to your health. GlycanAge measures biological age through glycan markers — sugar molecules attached to proteins in the bloodstream that change measurably in response to lifestyle. Together, they give you two independent views of how your body is ageing.
What is a Continuous Glucose Monitoring programme?
A 14 or 28-day programme using a clinically-approved continuous glucose monitor (a small wearable sensor) to track your real-world blood glucose response to food, exercise, sleep and stress.
Even in patients without diabetes, the data reveals metabolic patterns that bloodwork alone can't show — and the clinical interpretation tells you which patterns matter and what to do about them.
Can Evocell be used alongside other wellness treatments?
Yes.
Evocell is designed to be used alongside IV therapy, IM boosters and other wellness interventions, and our programmes frequently combine them. The sessions are non-invasive and produce no systemic side effects, so there are no scheduling conflicts with other treatments.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
This depends on the treatment. IM boosters and IV nutrition can produce same-day improvements in energy and wellbeing.
Evocell typically shows compounding effects from the third session onwards. Longer programmes built around recovery or longevity typically deliver their main results at 8–12 weeks, with continued improvement over 3–6 months.
Is wellness treatment safe during pregnancy?
Most wellness treatments are not appropriate during pregnancy.
IV therapy, IM boosters and Evocell are all contraindicated. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive, please tell us at consultation — we'll recommend treatments that are safe, or refer where appropriate.
Do you offer consultations only, without committing to treatments?
Yes.
Many patients come to us for an initial consultation, blood panel and a written wellness plan without committing to a programme. Consultations are £50; bloodwork is priced separately.
What is a Clinical Sleep Assessment, and who is it for?
A Clinical Sleep Assessment is a home sleep study using a clinical-grade device (WatchPAT) worn overnight.
It measures breathing patterns, oxygen levels, sleep stages and heart rate to identify whether you may have obstructive sleep apnea — one of the most under-diagnosed conditions in adults. It's particularly relevant for patients experiencing fatigue, brain fog, snoring, poor recovery, stubborn weight, or cardiovascular concerns. We provide a clinical interpretation and refer to a sleep medicine specialist if treatment is indicated.
