AEOM Health - Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the services provided by AEOM Health Limited ("AEOM", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England under number 15089115, whose registered office is 116 Seymour Place, London, W1H 1NW. By booking a consultation, treatment, programme or membership with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide aesthetic, skin, wellness and preventative healthcare services. All treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment. We may decline or discontinue any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate or safe for you. Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice; it is general information only, and any treatment recommendation follows an individual consultation.
2. Consultations
Consultations may be subject to a fee, which will be made clear at the time of booking. Where a consultation fee applies, it is deducted from the cost of your first treatment if you proceed. The 24-hour notice terms in section 5 apply to consultation appointments.
3. Bookings and deposits
Single treatments. A deposit of 25% is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The balance is payable at your appointment.
Programmes. Programmes are booked with a deposit based on the total programme value:
- Programmes under £600 — 20% deposit
- Programmes £600–£1,500 — 30% deposit
- Programmes over £1,500 — 50% deposit
The remaining balance is payable before or at your first programme session, unless you are paying by instalments (section 4).
4. Payment
We accept payment through Stripe (card payments for treatments), GoCardless (Direct Debit for memberships), and Klarna (instalment options on eligible programmes, subject to Klarna's own approval and terms). All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be reasonable.
More than 24 hours' notice. Deposits and payments are transferable to another date, another treatment, or another member of your household.
Less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance. Late cancellations and missed appointments have a real cost to the clinic and our team. Deposits for missed or late-cancelled appointments are non-refundable. However, we frequently exercise discretion, particularly for genuine illness, emergencies or one-off circumstances and will always try to be fair. We reserve the right to apply this term more strictly where appointments are repeatedly cancelled or missed, especially on larger programmes.
This applies equally to single treatments, programmes and consultations.
Programmes already started. Once a programme has begun, payments are non-refundable, but the remaining sessions may be transferred to another person, or rescheduled at our discretion where there is a medical reason.
6. Membership
Term. Memberships run for a fixed term of 12 months.
No auto-renewal. Memberships do not renew automatically. At the end of each 12-month term, we will contact you to discuss re-initiating your membership for a further term. This means you are only ever committed to 12 months at a time, and are never charged for a renewal you have not agreed to.
Payment. Membership may be paid monthly by Direct Debit (via GoCardless) or annually in advance. In both cases, membership represents a 12-month commitment. Membership payments are non-refundable, including where you choose not to use the included services, save where required by law.
Included services. Your membership includes the services set out in your chosen tier. Any included services not used within your membership year may be carried over for up to 3 months following the end of the term, after which they expire. Included services have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Founding Member pricing. Where you join as a Founding Member, your monthly rate is held for as long as your membership continues without interruption. If your membership lapses and is later restarted, current pricing at that time will apply.
We may adjust Founding Member pricing at re-initiation only, and only where UK inflation (as measured by the Consumer Prices Index) has exceeded 5% over the preceding membership year. Any such adjustment will not exceed the actual CPI figure, and will never be applied during a membership term.
7. Treatment outcomes
Aesthetic and wellness treatments vary from person to person, and individual results cannot be guaranteed. We will always give you an honest assessment of what is realistically achievable at consultation, and will tell you where a treatment is unlikely to achieve your goals.
8. Your health information
Providing accurate and complete health information is essential to safe treatment. We rely on the information you give us during consultation and questionnaires. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect our ability to treat you safely, and may mean we decline treatment. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided to you.
10. Complaints
We take any concern seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience, please contact us at info@aeomhealth.com and we will respond promptly and work to resolve the matter.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. These terms were last updated on 1st July 2026.
